His current position is that of Managing Partner at incTANK Ventures where he’s primarily focusing on seed funding startup ventures.

Vipin ChamakkalaPrincipal

Mr. Vipin invests mainly in infrastructure for enterprises, large-scale data analysis and HR. Before join Work-Bench, he was enrolled at the CIO office in Bank of America. He had been researched hundreds of companies each year and collaborated with fast-growing startup companies. He was also elected for Forbes UNDER 30 VENTURE CAPITAL 2018.

As an Entrepreneur, Connor has originated and closed $5.5M in venture capital, recruited and built teams from 0 to 30, and identified and closed 6 figure sales deals with leading global brands.

Rouven DresselhausFounding and Managing Partner

Contributes his expertise in strategic decision making, e.g. investment strategies, portfolio management as well as fundraising support to back the growth of portfolio companies. At Cavalry, Rouven is responsible for the portfolio companies McMakler and FreightHub.

Florian StegerInvestment Director

He is responsible for the strategic venture investment activities of one of Europe’s preeminent corporate innovation hubs. He has 10+ years experience in building technology startups from scratch in the field of mobile communication, eHealth and cybersecurity. As co-founder and CEO of Kupferwerk (now called Intive) he created Germany’s leading specialist for mobile applications.

Sarah LorenzInnovation architect & project manager

Sarah is innovation architect & project manager at the German Entrepreneurship GmbH with more than 70 clients and two accelerator programmes. The accelerator at the LMU, the top ranked university in Germany, has spawned over 220 companies in 10 years and the German Accelerator, a project of the German government, has graduated over 100 companies in 4 years. Sarah has various years of experience in the conception, building and management of corporate innovation units and in the implementation of entrepreneurial coaching programs as well as the establishment of strong communities – connecting start-ups, universities and corporates. Due to her previous activities she has a vast international know-how.

Michelle NgManager

Michelle is Manager of International Business Development and Partnerships at ACE. She is experienced in the Singapore and regional startup ecosystems, as she actively drives the development of a connected ecosystem in the region through establishing strategic partnerships with regional ecosystem players and engaging them in initiatives to facilitate market access and regional innovation for our startups. Together with ecosystem partners and corporate networks, Michelle organizes various startup engagements and developed the ACE Market Insights series to help startups understand unfamiliar markets and how to do business in target markets.

Dario is the Chief Research Offer of Galen Growth Asia. He joined in 2016 as the founding Research Manager where he supported the building of HealthTech Alpha; Asia’s only database and analytics platform dedicated to HealthTech ventures. HealthTech Alpha, remains the only database and analytics provider for digital health in Asia, delivering accurate and regularly curated information to investors, industry innovation leaders, startups CxOs, and researchers. Dario completed his doctorate in Material Science and Engineering working on novel biodegradable materials that can be used for prosthesis and holds Masters in Material Science & Engineering, Biochemistry, and Molecular Biology.

Jeff Lin has over 15 years of experience in telecom and technology, management consulting, as well as VC investment. Prior to joining iGlobe in 2014, Jeff was with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, working on strategy consulting projects with the Myanmar government and MNC clients in Southeast Asia.
Started his career in 1998 as a as a product-marketing manager and Value Based Marketing owner at Nokia China Investment Co., Ltd., he later engaged in business development division of Hutchison Telecom HK Ltd. He also worked as a deputy country representative for Huawei’s Telecom Business in Singapore.
