Israel has been gaining more and more attention, and earlier this year Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, Mr. Seko also visited the country. On this occasion, our member based in Israel will talk about the latest trends in Israeli startup innovation ecosystem. We will invite expert(s) on Israel who will discuss the best ways of collaboration in such ecosystem. In the end, we will introduce one innovative Israeli startup specializing in the area of PoC-as-a-Service.

Our member based in Israel will talk about the latest trends in Israeli startup innovation ecosystem. The topics will cover the macro trend of the local startup ecosystem and insightful information for Japanese corpoartions. We will also welcome expert(s) on Israel who will discuss the best ways of collaboration in such ecosystem for Japanese corporations and local players within the ecosystem. In the end, we will introduce one innovative Israeli startup specializing in the area of PoC-as-a-Service.

Keynote Speaker
■ Daiki Moriyama (based in Israel)
• He is based in Tel Aviv in Israel since August 2018. He has been helping to connect Israeli and Japanese companies. (Technology scouting, support for establishing Israeli office, M&A advisory etc.)
• Before moving to Israel, he was in charge of technology startup support, launched M&A support service for startup, manager of policy department, director of business planning department in Japan.
• He is in charge of NEDO Business Catalyzer, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications “I-Challenge Business Development Support” Organization, LINK-J supporter, The University of Tokyo Mentor’s member.
• He majored in physics engineering at the University of Tokyo and graduate school. He won the Best Graduation Thesis Award.
• He learned the methodology of creating innovation at IIT Institute of Design, in Chicago (Master of Design Methods).
